Christmas is about…the Cross

Christmas is the time when we joyously celebrate the birth of Christ; yet the title for this message is “Christmas is about the cross”. It may seem a bit confusing - don’t we usually talk about the cross at Easter? Take a fresh look at the birth of Jesus, remembering that Christ was born to be the ultimate sacrifice; a sacrifice that began in a manger in the town of Bethlehem and culminated at the cross.
