Splangkh-nid’-zom-ahee is a Greek word meaning “compassion”. The word denotes a strong response “from the bowels”, which is where men of Jesus’ day believed the emotive feelings to reside. We Live

People have a lot of different ideas about heaven and hell. Some people don’t believe that hell exists, while others think of heaven as monotony instead of adventure. This week focuses on the last phrase of John 3:16; what did Jesus mean when he said “he who believes shall not perish, but have everlasting life”?
